Relocation
Single and multiple moves.
We specialise in moving old and new houses from point A to point B anywhere in the North Island. We have a variety of quality cost effective houses in stock to suit most sites.
Our experienced team will assist you in the move process every step of the way.
We specialise in single piece moves as well as larger more complex house moves in multiple pieces including roof lowering.
Repiling
Repiling is required when a house has deteriorated existing piles and subfloor structures or due to ground subsidence. We lift the existing house replacing all the old foundation piles with new ones.
We’ll take care of the entire pile process, ensuring your house is level, safe, and secure when it lands on its new piles.
A building consent will be required before carrying out this work and we can assist in this process.
Onsite Shifts
If your planning to further develop your existing site we will work with you to move the existing building within the section and relocate it to its new location ready for the further development of the site.
Basement Lifting
Planning to increase the square metreage of your existing dwelling to incorporate garaging, extra storage, additional living space or to even take advantage of the view. Lifting your home and developing underneath can be a great economical way to do this while maintaining your existing site footprint.
Over Dimensional Loads
We have the equipment and team to manage and move engineered structures over 5 metres in width and up to 20 metres in length.
